Key Responsibilities
Act as first escalation point for complex queries/supporting the team.
Handling of more complex queries from property managers and branches where required.
Mentoring of Accounts Assistants and providing guidance support and advice for their personal development and growth
Provide the Team Leader with the support to manage KPI's, identifying improvements/efficiencies, supporting with recruitment, 121's and training.
Timely completion of any required reporting.
To review balances on Reapit and ensure system is kept clean
Daily tasks:
To carry out any other tasks or projects as deemed appropriate within the main purpose of the role.
Reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts.
Complete a daily bank reconciliation and client account reconciliation on Reapit
Manage the credit control process of relevant invoice categories
What Are We Looking For
Experience within a property or client accounting related role (3 year minimum).
High levels of numerical competency, able to make accurate calculations, and to explain them to clients in simple terms.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with the property managers & branch staff.
Strong attention to detail and consistently delivering high levels of accuracy, Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
Organised and punctual.
Solutions focused, able to identify and implement proactive solutions for the benefit of the client, preventing escalation and delivering an excellent client experience.
