We are a warm, professional multidisciplinary clinic seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team.
Our clinic is home to a collaborative group of practitioners across Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Counselling. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment - for both our clients and our team.
About the Role
This is a front-of-house position where you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Days: 2–3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting patients with a warm, friendly manner
* Managing appointments across multiple practitioners (using Cliniko and Halaxy)
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Processing payments and managing invoicing
* Maintaining a clean, calm and organised reception space
* Supporting practitioners with general administrative tasks
About You
* Previous reception or administrative experience (healthcare preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, shows initiative and great attention to detail
* Confident using booking systems and basic software
* A genuine interest in health and wellbeing
