This role is a great opportunity to truly help shape how organisations can employ people with disability, injury or health condition. You will have the opportunity to work with employers around their diversity strategies and how to build that into their recruitment practices. You and your team will build partnerships with a large range of employers from small businesses to large corporate organisations and assist them with their recruitment needs. You will also account manage some of our key employers in your area
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a passion for diversity and inclusion, as well as strong management / strategic experience (ideally 3+ years). They will also need commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities;
Key qualifications include:
* Strong management / strategic experience (ideally 3+ years)
* Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities
* Drive and initiative to work autonomously and build strategies that work
* Ability to network with employers and generate leads and account manage employers effectively
* Highly developed negotiation skills
* Bubbly outgoing personality
