**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing respectful and safe assistance with daily activities
- Administering medication
- Engaging with residents at mealtimes in line with our Excellence in Dining strategy
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A certificate III in Aged Care (or higher/equivalent)
- Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance
- Flexible availability and willingness to work varied shifts
