Role Description
The Key Account Manager is a full time remote role based in Hobart, TAS. Responsibilities will include managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing and executing new business strategies, creating tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Key Account Manager will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in managing key accounts and exceptional Account Management skills
* Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Planning
* Proven expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Service
* Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Previous experience in the healthcare or medical supply industry is an advantage
