With a growing national presence, we're looking for a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor to help deliver high-quality projects and lead site-based teams across a range of exciting works.
About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor with a trade background—landscaping, carpentry, concreting, or similar—who is ready to advance their career. This role is suitable for someone who has led small site teams (3–6 people), thrives in fast-paced environments, and wishes to develop specialized skills in rope access, geotechnical remediation, and complex works in remote and challenging conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily site operations, staff, and subcontractors.
* Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Conduct regular site safety briefings.
* Participate in reporting, meetings, and coordination tasks with project and office teams.
* Develop and communicate short-term work programs and look-ahead schedules.
* Liaise with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to align work with project goals.
* Maintain site documentation including daily logs, reports, and inspection records.
* Coordinate plant, equipment, and materials as needed.
* Provide technical guidance and support to site crews.
* Anticipate potential delays or site challenges and take proactive steps to maintain momentum.
* Maintain a 'hands-on' presence when needed to help keep works progressing.
* Resolve on-site issues and promote a productive, high-morale team culture.
Experience
* Demonstrated experience in civil or geotechnical construction projects in QLD and NSW.
* Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
* Proven ability to manage construction sites and lead multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience with geotechnical remediation techniques is highly regarded.

* Willingness to work on-site across various project locations in Australia.
Desirable Qualifications/Skills
* First Aid certification.
* Willing to obtain IRATA Rope Access Certification.
