Salary RN-1 $74,831 - $102,103 (pro rata) + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
Permanent part-time working 32 hours per week About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients and their families.
Working within a supportive team environment, you will provide nursing and/or midwifery services across a range of health service settings.
This role offers the opportunity to consolidate your skills, expand your knowledge, and continue to grow from a developing practitioner to a confident and proficient clinician.
In this position, you will be supported in your ongoing professional development and encouraged to take accountability for the care you deliver, as well as for activities you delegate to others.
By contributing your expertise and commitment, you will help ensure the delivery of patient-centred care, while also building a rewarding and meaningful career within a collaborative healthcare environment.
About You
You are a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
You will bring a blend of clinical expertise, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to support positive outcomes for patients and their families.
Current registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing Board of Australia, with demonstrated competence in the relevant area of practice.
Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Proven ability to prioritise workload while remaining flexible, innovative and responsive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Sound knowledge of nursing standards, legislation, codes of practice, and quality improvement systems, with a commitment to consumer and family centred care.
