Fremantle Ports is undertaking a strategic initiative to replace the current payroll system, involving time sheeting in Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a change management strategy identifying activities and sequencing for successful implementation.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessment to inform change plans.
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, develop training materials, and deliver presentations.
* Execute feedback plans to monitor engagement, leadership, business readiness, and adoption.
Requirements:
* Experience in change analysis, technology transformation, and training delivery.
* Facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills to drive successful change outcomes.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced report writing and presentation abilities.
* A relevant qualification, such as project management certification, is desirable.
* Experience with ERP/Payroll project management is essential.
