Asset Management Coordinator
The Asset Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of maintenance services across housing assets.
* Lead a team of licensed tradespeople to deliver maintenance services across diverse asset types.
* Ensure all works are executed safely and in compliance with relevant legislation.
* Manage work packages end-to-end — scoping, planning, execution, and reporting — aligned with organizational standards.
This is a permanent, trade-qualified leadership position responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary trade team and ensuring the integrity of an extensive asset base.
The role contributes to strategic planning and decision-making within the Housing Stream and executes as part of the Facilities Maintenance team.
Maintenance services include upkeep of residential properties, community facilities, and other assets. The coordinator must prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and internal teams. Regular updates and progress reports are essential to fostering trust and resolving any issues promptly.
