Sydney Wealth Management Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our Private Wealth team on a 12-month contract, with the potential for immediate permanent employment.
This esteemed financial services organisation has a strong presence in private wealth management, corporate finance, equity research, investment strategy, and institutional sales, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
As an Executive Assistant within the Private Wealth team, you will play a pivotal role supporting an advisory team, delivering high-level client service, and ensuring compliance and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and implement financial advice and investment proposals
* Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing servicing
* Deliver exceptional client service and manage day-to-day client communications
* Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry standards
* Identify and contribute to continuous process improvements
* Oversee stock settlements, fund transfers, and related client communications
* Manage administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence, filing, and expense reconciliation
* Facilitate onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with internal teams and provide leave coverage for other assistants
* Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* University degree in Business, Economics, or a finance-related discipline
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a support capacity
* Experience in stock broking assistant roles is highly desirable
* Proficiency in relevant IT software, including IRESS, Agility, MS Word & MS Excel, X-Plan
* RG146 compliance is advantageous
