Mandatory Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in a busy administrative or clerical environment.
* Strong keyboard and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web‐based systems.
* High‐level customer service and professional interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with privacy requirements.
* Well-developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry capability.
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a polite and professional manner.
* Flexibility to adapt to change, including working across multiple sites and adjusting to evolving work practices, technologies, and industry best‐practice requirements.
* Experience working in a Health Information Service (HIS), medical records, or healthcare administrative setting.
* Knowledge of patient administration systems (PAS) and/or electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
* Understanding of health privacy legislation, health records standards, or FOI processes.
* Previous experience in record management, scanning workflows, or document control.
* Certificate III or IV in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards).
* Experience providing training or support to new staff.
