This exciting role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project meets the highest sustainability standards and integrates best practices throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
\
\
1. Establish, communicate, and drive implementation of the Project's sustainability aspirations.
\
2. Build, coach, and supervise a high-performing team (including consultants/sub-contractors) to deliver an ISC rating.
\
3. Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with stakeholders.
\
4. Support delivery of innovation and change management.
\
5. Manage and coordinate sustainable reporting protocols to meet parent company aspirations and Client obligations.
\
6. Communicate Project sustainability targets and develop a suite of Plans.
\
7. Manage the performance and professional development of the Sustainability Team.
\
8. Provide technical advice and collaborate with design and construction teams to plan, meet, and drive outcomes.
\
9. Coordinate the development of training, education, and project improvement opportunities.
\
10. Participate in external stakeholder groups and knowledge sharing across the project's portfolio.
\
\
Required Skills and Competencies:
\
\
11. Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Environmental Science or similar.
\
12. Demonstrated capacity of managing ISCA throughout the project lifecycle.
\
13. Demonstrated capacity of managing and achieving a Green Star rating.
\
14. Construction Induction Training (CIT/'White Card', formerly a 'Red Card'), obtained via face-to-face training, not online.
