About the role

As Project Manager, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered safely, on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the planning and delivery of civil construction projects
- Coordinating with site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and progress reporting
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
- Driving quality outcomes while mentoring junior team members

Skills and experience

- A background in civil construction, commercial streetscape/landscape, or public realm works
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and build trust with stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of construction programs, contract administration, and project financials
- A practical understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality assurance frameworks
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred but not essential)
