Apparel Department Supervisor Job
As a key member of the store management team, you will lead your department in delivering exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of merchandising and visual display, as well as achieving sales results within your department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time.
* Support and guide team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a 'service over task' environment.
* Develop and maintain product knowledge for your department.
* Work with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience within retail or a similar industry.
* A passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
* A positive attitude with the capacity to create a motivating environment for team members.
* Excellent time-management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
