What You Will Be Doing
* Deliver expert, person-centred care to patients with complex diabetes needs.
* Lead and mentor nursing staff and colleagues in best practices.
* Support and coordinate care across hospital and community services.
* Drive continuous improvement in diabetes care delivery, policies, and clinical protocols.
* Contribute to education and training initiatives within the team.

* Advanced clinical expertise in diabetes care, able to deliver complex, patient-centred nursing services that improve health outcomes.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, effective across teams, patients, carers, and community services.

* Current work rights in Australia or permanent resident/citizen status.
