PERSOL is currently partnering with one of their Government client to hire Change Analyst to drive business readiness and successful change Adoption.
Working as part of the Change and Adoption Team, the role focuses on understanding business impacts, supporting learning and communication activities, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared to transition to new systems, processes and ways of working.
The role works closely with business stakeholders, the project team, and functional specialists (learning, communications, technical and delivery teams) to support consistent, people‐centred change outcomes.
Role
* Conduct detailed change impact assessments across impacted business areas, roles, processes, systems and behaviours.
* Identify change risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies to inform change planning and sequencing.
* Support the development, maintenance and reporting of business readiness assessments, readiness checkpoints and go live criteria.
* Contribute to transition planning activities, including cutover, hypercare and early-life support considerations.
* Change Management Delivery
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings and engagement activities.
* Support the preparation, review and distribution of change communications including visual assets, tailored to different audiences.
* Assist with the management of digital communication channels to support awareness, engagement and adoption.
* Learning and Capability Support
* Support learning needs analysis activities and validate learning requirements arising from change impacts.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives within a project or program environment.
* Experience conducting change impact assessments and supporting business readiness activities.
