KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
1. Developing strong sales turnover for the Boutique in accordance with the store strategy:
2. Meeting the turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
3. Respecting discount policy
4. Achieve Key performance indicators defined by the Boutique Manager
Client Management
Satisfying customers:
5. Welcome & handle the clients in the respect of the Maison’s standards (In the Boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events)
6. Adapt its style to each client need in order to offer the appropriated service
7. Advise, convince & ensure that each sales is handled accordingly
Building a long term relationship with the client:
8. Ensure the prospection and the follow-up of new clients (local and international)
9. Enrich the client database using the welcome cards for client and prospect
10. Be force of proposal to develop client actions (phone, mailing, etc.)
Customer Service SAV:
11. Take care of each case according the Maison’s standards
12. Follow up on each case and communicate to the Boutique Manager each problem
Product/ Merchandise/Inventory Management
Participate to the good management of the stock
13. Reception & transfer
14. Take part on inventory management / stocktake
15. Check that all products are correctly handled & priced
16. Look after the level of stocks of the accessories (catalogues, gifts, boxes, etc.)
17. Look after the merchandising (products are correctly emphasized according to the Boutique priorities, cleanliness, prices, etc.)
Others
18. Respectful of all guidelines required by brand in terms of grooming, CRM, VM, media, etc.
19. Respectful of all procedures issued by the group in terms of sales, discount, SAV, exchange, etc.
20. Participate actively to Boutique meeting organized by the Boutique Manager (provide feed-back, propose new ideas / actions)
21. Participate to the training given and consult all documents at disposal allowing a better understanding of the brand, products and new collections
22. Remain informed on the business through magazines and regular boutique checks of the competitors
Requirements:
23. At least 2-3 years’ in Retail Sales, preferably in a luxury environment
24. Strong Passion for our products and Maison
25. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
26. Strong in English.
