Restaurant and Bar Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our restaurant and bar operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee day-to-day activities, deliver exceptional service, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage restaurant and bar operations, including floor management and customer service
* Train and develop front-of-house/bar staff to achieve high levels of performance
* Maintain stock levels, control costs, and ensure compliance with our quality standards
* Be the face of the venue, providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to our guests
About You:
* 2+ years of experience in hospitality (management or senior bar position)
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* RSA certified and comfortable working behind the bar
* A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
