Your new company
Your new company is a Developer Builder based in central Brisbane. They look after a range of commercial projects with a heavy focus in luxury mid-rise apartments. They are now looking to expand their team with a Structures Foreman.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for overseeing all structural works on site whilst ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery. You will be managing structural trades so experience working on mid-rise developments is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on mid-rise projects
* Strong ability to manage subcontractors, quality, and program delivery
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and site safety
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
