This role involves managing contract data collection and reporting to drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will produce reports for both customers and leadership teams, highlighting trends and compliance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accurate and timely contract data collection and reporting.
* Produce reports for both customers and leadership teams.
* Report on WHS matters and support a safe work environment across FM contracts.
* Coordinate job completion and invoicing processes to ensure efficient billing cycles.
* Support tender preparation and contribute to business development activities.
* Manage customer complaints with professionalism and clear documentation of actions taken.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Flexible and tech-savvy, with ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
* Sound project management and use of IT systems for business outcomes.
* Clear and adaptable communicator with negotiation strengths.
* Experience drafting professional business documentation.
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
* Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations including booster.
* Familiarity with Urbanise FM software (field services module).
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Contract and tender costing experience.
* Prior project management exposure is a plus.
