What you'll do
* Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy electrical wholesale branch
* Grow sales through strong customer relationships and local market knowledge
* Support, coach, and develop a tight-knit team
* Oversee stock, warehouse operations, and branch presentation
* Manage budgets, margins, and branch performance
* Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive workplace
What you'll bring
* Electrical wholesale experience (highly regarded) or background in trade/industrial supply
* Strong leadership and customer service skills
* Solid understanding of sales, inventory, and branch operations
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Confidence dealing with contractors, suppliers, and key accounts
* Lead a well-established branch with a strong customer base
