We're currently seeking experienced and compassionate Male Support Workers to join our dedicated team across our Ballina locations. Every day brings a new opportunity to positively impact someone's life.

* Ballina Shire: Alstonville, East Ballina, Lennox Head, South Ballina, Wardell, Skennars Head, West Ballina, Newrybar, and Teven & Tintenbar
* Byron Bay Shire: Suffolk Park and Broken Head, Ewingsdale and Skinners Shoot inland, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby and Bangalow
* Tweed Heads Shire: Murwillumbah, Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Pottsville, Casuarina, Banora Point, Burringbar, and Uki
About the Role: As a Support Worker, you'll support clients in their homes and communities to live safely, independently, and with dignity. This is a varied and meaningful role with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting clients with daily living activities
* Assisting with household tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and general domestic duties
* Encouraging and facilitating community participation and social engagement
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy home environment
* Delivering support aligned with individual care plans
About You
You are a reliable, caring, and empathetic individual who is genuinely passionate about supporting others. You understand the importance of person-centered care and are committed to respecting each client's unique needs and goals.
You'll Bring
* Previous experience in community support (highly regarded)
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
* Relevant qualifications and checks (e.g., Cert III Aged/Individual Support, First Aid, CPR, Driver's License)
