Maintenance Fitter
Location: Ermington NSW
This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving plant equipment to ensure the site operates safely and efficiently. You will manage both planned and unplanned maintenance, support production teams and keep equipment at peak performance. The roster operates on rotating 12 and 8 hour shifts averaging 38 hours per week, with weekend shifts including additional overtime opportunities. Penalty rates apply for nights, weekends and public holidays. Daily benefits include onsite parking, free product allocation and access to employee wellbeing programs. The role forms part of a highly skilled maintenance team where trade progression and learning on complex bakery equipment are encouraged.

Manufacturing Technician Trades
Location: Charmhaven NSW
This position focuses on operating plant equipment, responding to breakdowns, monitoring quality and supporting both production and reliability activities. You will play a frontline role in keeping the manufacturing line running safely and efficiently, using HMI interfaces, conducting inspections and performing basic preventative maintenance. The role also supports the Reliability team during absences and contributes to root cause analysis, process optimisation and safety initiatives. Strong mechanical or electrical trade experience and prior FMCG exposure are highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating and adjusting line equipment including HMIs
* First responder to breakdowns and high waste events
* Conducting preventative maintenance tasks such as lubrication and tensioning
* Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with HACCP, WQA and SQF
* Supporting reliability investigations and continuous improvementMaintaining a strong safety culture and reporting hazards promptly
What We Are Looking For
* Mechanical fitting or electrical trade background
* Experience in FMCG or fast paced manufacturing
* Strong teamwork, communication and problem solving skills
* Ability to work safely and support a high performance culture
* Confidence working with automated equipment and production processes
