Financial Services Professional
This is a role where you will have in-depth conversations with customers to understand their overall financial needs. You will work closely with them to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions that meet their long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Have in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support their overall financial needs, including savings and investment strategies
* Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and process applications for financial products
* Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial status and identify any changes
* Educate and demonstrate our financial services and digital banking options to customers
* Problem solve and provide effective solutions whilst championing our risk management processes and procedures
