Essential Qualifications
* Trade Qualified: Ideally in carpentry.
* Experienced: Previous experience in estimating, scheduling and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred).

* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using repair management systems, mobile devices and the Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude for quickly learning new systems.
