This role offers a unique chance to take on a client-facing audit-driven position within a respected certification body.
* Manage certification and annual audit programs for regulated and voluntary certification services as required
You will work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, auditors and technical experts to ensure compliance with relevant standards and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage certification and renewal projects for clients
* Coordinate and conduct annual audits as required
* Provide technical support and regulatory guidance to clients and stakeholders
* Maintain client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
* Prepare and review audit reports and certification documentation
* Liaise with laboratories
* Travel nationally and occasionally internationally for client and audit visits
* Contribute to the continual improvement of certification systems and processes
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science or related technical field
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and report writing skills
* Confidence in working with standards, regulatory frameworks and technical documentation
* Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
