They are seeking a design-focused Senior Architect with proven experience working on multi-residential projects, with experience in residential and commercial work. The role leads concept design, development, and documentation, delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with the studio's ethos
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to concept & design development phases of multi -residential projects
* Maintain design intent through all project stages
* Drive documentation and coordination through schematic design to town planning and into design development
* Work closely with the Director to refine design outcomes
* Prepare and deliver design for client presentations
* Collaborate with interior designers
* Coordinate with consultants and external stakeholders
* Provide mentoring and support to junior team members
Skills & Experience
* Architectural registration in Australia.
* 10 + years of professional experience in Australia
* Delivery of multi-residential projects essential
* Software proficient in Revit and Enscape
* Sound understanding of apartment design principles, planning controls and construction.
* Proven design capability with planning approval and delivery experience.
* Confident communicator who works well in a collaborative, hands-on design driven studio
