We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our reputable legal practice on the Southern Gold Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop their career in a well-established business offering a range of legal services to its clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the legal team by handling overflow Conveyancing tasks, covering reception duties, assisting with office administration, and performing general tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing administrative support to the legal team
* Handling Conveyancing tasks, including opening new case files, filing, creating invoices, and managing stationery
* Assisting with office administration, including answering and directing telephone calls, taking messages as required, diary management, scheduling appointments, and facilitating conference calls and office meetings
* Liaising with external companies, such as IT Support and photocopy services
* Providing word processing support

Requirements:

* A proven track record in a multi-functional administration role, preferably in a legal firm
* Strong administrator with excellent written communication skills
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience with legal client management software (LEAP or other) is desirable but not essential
