What you will do
* Warmly greet patients and provide excellent patient experiences
* Multi-task scheduling appointments, patient check-ins, emails, and billing and contract support
* Proactively assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required
* Work well as part of our fast-paced team and help others
* Use clear, professional communication skills to answer patient enquiries
What you will bring
* You are a warm, bubbly professional driven by excellent patient care
* Previous Reception / Front Desk experience in healthcare is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
* You are proactive, adaptable and work well in a fast-paced team
