Their business is different to a traditional Real Estate Agency, as their primary focus is on brand new properties across Australia. They work closely with builders, developers and professional selling partners. your role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Department to take the reins of the Property Management division. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing daily operations, and ensuring the ongoing success and performance of the department. You’ll lead and mentor a skilled team of property professionals, fostering a high-performance culture built on coaching, support, and continuous improvement. With a clear focus on service excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction, you’ll spearhead initiatives to optimize systems and processes, elevate team capability, and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.
