About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to support our neighbourhood teams in delivering exceptional experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating tasks and activities within each neighbourhood
* Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Effective rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
* Creation of correspondence and documentation as required
* Organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop arrangements with precision
* Maintaining office supplies, arranging maintenance/repair of equipment, and ensuring data accuracy in financial, HR, and other systems
* Utilizing mainstream software including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications at an intermediate to advanced level
Requirements:
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
* Prior experience in rostering/scheduling is highly valued
* Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize workloads
* Proficiency in MS Office and Database applications
* Confidence in using smartphones and digital devices or willingness to learn
* Exceptional time management skills and a can-do attitude
