Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Linux

What you'll be doing
* Designing and managing a large fleet of bare-metal Linux servers across multiple data centres
* Driving improvements to system reliability, scalability and performance in a high-pressure trading landscape
* Owning low-level Linux tuning (CPU affinity, NUMA, HugePages, IRQ, kernel optimisation)
* Bridging hardware/network/software boundaries to get everything talking at peak speed
* Automating builds, deployments and ops workflows with Python + IaC (Ansible/Terraform)
* Monitoring and resolving issues using modern observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager)
* Contributing to new tech solutions that push the limits of speed and stability
* Being part of a follow-the-sun rotation supporting global trading operations
What you bring
* Strong Linux engineering/architecture and administration background in high-performance environments
* Comfortable analysing networks and packets (TCP/IP, DNS, multicast etc.)
* Hands-on with tools like eBPF, tcpdump, strace, lsof, ntp/ptp
* Confidence tuning hardware + kernel settings for latency reduction
* Experience with Linux security hardening and SAN storage
* Solid automation skills in Python, plus Git and CI/CD know-how
