What's the opportunity?
Our Salesforce Functional Consultants sit at the heart of our delivery teams. In these hands-on functional consulting roles, you'll design and deliver Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that support clinicians, care teams, and customers - turning complex health requirements into simple, scalable Salesforce outcomes.
You'll work across the full delivery lifecycle, partnering closely with product, clinical, and technology teams to ensure our solutions are fit for purpose, compliant, and deliver real value in healthcare settings.
About the role:
* Lead the discovery, documentation, and prioritisation of business and functional requirements within Salesforce and Health Cloud.
* Design current and future-state processes that support clinical and operational workflows.
* Translate health and business needs into functional designs, user stories, and solution artefacts.
* Act as the key link between clinical teams, customers, developers, and delivery teams.
* Support system analysis, testing, and release activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Contribute to solution design for tenders, pricing discussions, and customer proposals.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear progress updates throughout delivery.
* Apply innovative thinking to improve care experiences and customer outcomes.
About you:
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
* Salesforce Health Cloud certification or strong hands-on Health Cloud experience.
* 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
* Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare or regulated environments.
* Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient data, and care coordination.
* Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
* Advanced experience capturing and managing requirements and user stories (Jira).
* Ability to clearly document functional and technical requirements, use cases, and workflows.
* Confident working with senior stakeholders, clinicians, and cross-functional teams.
