In this position within our mining team you will provide after sales product support and foster key account relationships.
You will be responsible for upholding Cavpower's reputation for excellence and increasing parts and service revenue through superior product support knowledge on a range of Caterpillar mining machinery. A key function of this role also includes providing the customer with value added solutions and support as well as identifying new business opportunities for company growth and expansion.
The successful applicant will focus their skills and time on customer support and promotion of dealer services and solutions. They will have proven relationship building skills, with sound industry knowledge and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers.
Sales experience, outstanding customer service, organisational, communication and problem solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential criteria for this role. Heavy mining / earthmoving equipment product knowledge would be preferred.
