About the role
This full-time Property sales support real estate role at utterDECLUTTER with its head office inna Vek provides crucial administrative and operational assistance to the property sales team.
You will play a key part in supporting the efficient and successful execution of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and maintain property listings, including collating and organising relevant documentation
Schedule and manage property inspections. Liaise with vendors, agents and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process
Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and other legal documents
Provide general administrative support to the property sales team as required
What we're looking for
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
3. Proficient in using real estate sales software -
4. Servicem8, sheets, DOCS Mail chimp
5. Prior experience in a similar real estate support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of the Sydney property market and real estate regulations
7. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
8. Excellent time management and organisational skills
