The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to join our Reporting Team during an exciting period of transformation across the Firm.
This pivotal role will support the delivery of our shared services operating model by leading a high-performing team responsible for report production, KPI tracking, and insight generation; with a strong emphasis on financial data.
Based in Brisbane and working in close partnership with our Glasgow-based team and Team Leader, you will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality reporting solutions, build strong stakeholder networks, champion best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the function.
Some of your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Leading and coordinating global reporting projects, ensuring alignment of timelines, objectives, and resourcing.
- Identifying opportunities for process and workflow improvements and implement changes that enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with reporting analysts to provide mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support.
- Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in financial reporting used for budgeting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience in a leadership or senior analyst role within a reporting, business intelligence, or finance-focused function.
- Expert level Excel and Power Query skills.
- Advanced skills in PowerBI and experience with report automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, VBA)
- Demonstrated success in managing reporting projects and driving process improvements.
- Thorough attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across different time zones.
