Job Description
* Review, organise and accurately process financial documents, including tax returns, company financial statements and partnership/trust paperwork.
* Maintain and update records for companies, partnerships and trusts to ensure all information is current and correct.
* Provide day‐to‐day administrative support such as inbox management, data entry, document formatting and filing.
* Prepare, collate and check paperwork required for internal processes and approvals.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to follow up outstanding information.
* Support the team with general admin and ad‐hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in administration, preferably within government or a finance/accounting environment.
* Ability to read and understand basic financial statements and tax‐related documents.
* Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to handling sensitive information.
* Someone organised, reliable and keen to learn.
* Confident communication skills and a proactive attitude.

* Hourly rate between $45.00 and $52.00 AUD.
