We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Supervisors, Advanced scaffolders, Boilermakers and Painter & Blasters to support an upcoming and ongoing project in Mackay in the following roles:
· Painter & Blaster Supervisor (Nace)
· Boilermaker Supervisor
· Scaffold Supervisor
· Painter / Blasters
· Boiler Maker Welders
· Advanced Scaffolders
These roles are ideal for strong leaders with hands-on trade backgrounds who are committed to safety, quality, and effective team management.
About the Opportunities
With a growing work across industrial, mining, maintenance, and shutdown projects, we are building a talent pool of capable supervisors ready to step into site-based leadership roles as opportunities arise.
· Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
· Supervising crews and coordinating daily site activities
· Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site requirements
· Managing productivity, quality, and timelines
· Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety leadership
· Consulting with site management, clients, and other trades
· Maintaining compliance with WHS, QA, and project documentation
· Mentoring and supporting trade personnel on site
About You
· Trade background with demonstrated supervisory experience
· Relevant qualifications, licences, and industry tickets for your trade
· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
· High commitment to safety and quality outcomes
· Experience in mining, industrial, or construction environments preferred
· Local to Mackay or willing to commute
