As a Senior Assistant Manager with ALH, you'll be the right hand to the Venue Manager, trusted to take the reins, make the calls, and keep the place humming.
This isn't just about pouring beers and calling orders. You'll be managing operations across bar, bistro, and gaming, leading and coaching the crew, and keeping service standards high, even on the busiest nights. You'll know how to balance the books, juggle rosters, and still have time for a laugh with the locals.
We want people who are confident under pressure, quick to solve problems, and proud to set the tone for the shift. A solid hospo background is essential, but it's your leadership and people skills that will make you stand out.

Qualifications
About you:
* You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team
* You hold current industry RSA and RSGqualificationsas per state requirements
* RMLV
* You'll be yourself and to come as you are - ALH is known for its people
