We are seeking HR & HC drivers to operate across the Perth Metro region. Available roles include Agitator (HR), Tipper (HC), and Tanker (HC).
About the Role
1. Start times are typically between 4am and 6am, with shifts up to 10-11 hours, totaling around 50-55 hours per week. Overtime on Saturdays is generally available and paid at overtime rates.
2. We offer a base pay rate, with overtime paid at time and a half for the first two hours beyond regular hours, and double time thereafter. Meal allowances are provided after 10 hours in a shift.
3. This role involves high customer interaction, serving as the face of Heidelberg Materials Australia, delivering to various clients, and providing excellent customer service.
4. We equip our drivers with advanced technology to ensure safety, optimize routes, and track loads.
5. All new drivers undergo a 10-day training program before operating independently.
About You
1. You hold a minimum of a valid HR license, with previous driving experience preferred.
2. You enjoy engaging with people and providing friendly service onsite.
3. You appreciate variety in your workday; no two days are the same.
4. You take pride in maintaining a clean and professional truck appearance.
5. You can pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
6. Some trucks require drivers to be under certain weight limits for safety reasons.
