Overview An exciting prospect to join Florsheim Shoes as the Store Manager of our Harbour Town store on the Gold Coast.
FULL TIME ROLE IMMEDIATE START TUESDAY to SATURDAY ROSTER Responsibilities Lead and coach a team to deliver amazing customer experiences and achieve Sales Targets and Business KPIs.
Drive sales, profitability and business performance through effective stock management and retail execution.
Be hands-on, energetic and vibrant; manage the store floor and operations in line with company standards.
Coach and develop team members regularly, fostering a positive team environment.
Plan and manage the store roster, ensuring coverage to meet business needs.
Implement company sales techniques and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills Previous store management experience; passion for delivering great customer experiences and coaching a team to do the same.
Knowledge of footwear is not essential but advantageous.
Highly customer service and sales focused with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong leadership, time management and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to store and business needs.
Job Details This role is FULL TIME based on a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
Salary on offer includes Base + Super + Monthly SALES & KPI Bonuses.
