About this role:
* Diploma of nursing or equivalent with current AHPRA Div 2 registration
* Experience creating genuine connections with clients, families, staff, and colleagues
* Understanding of aged care legislative framework and requirements
* Empathy and collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control
