Crowd Controller role at Vault Protective Security Services – Vault Protective Security Services is an established West Australian security provider, specialising in delivering exceptional security services to the Hospitality sector. With a strong presence in Perth since 2011, we have established ourselves as the preferred security partner for prominent venues, Government entities and high-profile clients.
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Crowd Controllers to join our team and work consistently at our prestigious venues. Vault boasts a large pool of highly skilled Crowd Controllers servicing a variety of hospitality venues around Perth and the Southwest region. We are specifically seeking security guards who are highly trained in Crowd Control to maintain the high quality standards within our existing teams.

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional and professional customer service with clientele.
* Screen patrons entering and exiting the premises.
* Control patron behaviour in and around the premises to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and guards.
* De-escalate potential conflict and escort patrons out of venues using appropriate methods.
* Report in detail any incidents in line with legislation and relevant policies and procedures.
* Conduct emergency evacuations and perform first aid and/or CPR where applicable.
Qualifications
* Valid WA Crowd Control license required
* Valid First Aid Certificate required
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) required
* Rights to work in Australia required
* Weekend availability in the evening essential
* Proficient in English communication and de-escalation essential
* Defence Force experience highly regarded
* Amateur or professional martial arts training highly regarded
* 1-2 years' experience in a leadership position in Crowd Control highly regarded
