About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individual to join our Cessnock office in a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing friendly and professional customer service
* Supporting our team with vineyard events & concerts, rail replacement services, conference & wine tours, school and general charters
* Demonstrated ability to perform the complete quoting, invoicing and payment collection process from commencement through to finalisation
* General clerical and administrative duties
* Maintain and update website and social media content, including event information, promotions, and announcements.
About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Solid experience in general administration
* High attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
* A positive and professional approach to customer service
* Confidence using MS Office and general computer systems
* Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
Experience in the transport industry will be highly regarded, though not essential. Full training in industry-specific systems will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
