We are seeking a Technician – Electronics to provide an efficient, effective and timely service in relation to the implementation, repair, maintenance, quality assurance and construction of biomedical equipment (medical and scientific) and systems to satisfy the quality and service delivery objectives of the Department, the Hospital and its customers.
Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia. CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH). It consists of over 6,500 employees and delivers services at PCH, King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH) and across a network of more than 160 community clinics.
Eligibility to Apply
Applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed‑term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
Other Conditions
WA Health requires applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity check as part of the appointment process. Applicants may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre‑employment health assessment.
