This is the highest priority and a significant component of the role.Coordinating onboarding requirementsAdvice on people matters to support capability development in our leadersExperience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements is essentialSupport for payroll (although no actual administration of payroll)Strong administrative skills - managing security, access and other functions through multiple third-party software systemsPerformance management frameworks and adviceVisa management with the assistance of our agent partner.What are we looking for?A minimum of 3 years in an operational HR role in Australia and/or strong background in technical recruitment are a key requirement of the role.Is tech recruitment essential?
