As we head into 2026, 1800-GOT-JUNK? Brisbane is scaling fast across commercial, construction, facilities management, strata, and government-adjacent work. We're looking for a Commercial Sales Representative who knows how to open doors, build trust, and turn relationships into long-term contracts.
This is not a call-centre role. This is boots-on-the-ground, relationship-led commercial sales with real autonomy and real upside.
The Role
You'll own and grow our commercial pipeline across Brisbane by:
* Prospecting and securing new B2B clients (builders, FM, real estate, councils, retail, hospitality)
* Managing and expanding existing commercial accounts
* Conducting site visits and understanding client operations
* Preparing quotes, proposals, and service agreements
* Working closely with operations to ensure flawless delivery
* Representing the brand with confidence, professionalism, and hustle
What Success Looks Like
* Strong monthly new account wins
* Long-term contracts and preferred-supplier agreements
* High client satisfaction and retention
* Being known as the "go-to" commercial rep in your patch
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B / commercial sales (services, logistics, property management, construction, FM, etc)
* Comfortable selling solutions, not just price
* Confident communicator - from site managers to senior stakeholders
* Self-motivated, organised, and outcome-driven
* Brisbane market knowledge is a big plus
* Valid driver's licence (site visits are key)
