Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient and quality service is provided to achieve customer satisfaction and build a strong client base.
* Must have a good experience in hair cuts
* hair colouring
* foils
* permanent hair straightening
* Must be able to work independently.
* Manage and monitor all areas of salon operations in accordance to operating procedures and policies and review the procedures from time to time.
* Recommend/suggest product purchases to customers to maximize product sales.
* Supervise, manage, train and evaluate staff.
Experience required:
* Previous salon management experience essential
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Team management skills
* Qualifications desirable
