We are searching for a Product Manager who wants to own a portfolio, influence a business and see products go from concept, factory, customer and revenue.

What you will bring:
You will be positioned at the centre of the business, making sure the right products get built, sold, and scaled.
* Own and execute a 3-5 year product roadmap
* Translate customer and sales insight into commercially viable products
* Partner with Engineering to balance performance, cost and manufacturability
* Drive pricing strategy, margin performance and business cases
* Support major B2B, OEM and national account opportunities
* Enable Sales with tools, training and sharp product positioning
Who this role is for:
* A commercially sharp Product Manager, technically credible and comfortable in a sales-led environment
* Proven Product Management experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive or B2B
* Strong grasp of cost drivers, margins, and lifecycle economics
* Ability to work across Sales + Engineering without needing authority
* Confidence to challenge, influence and make decisions
