The Role
Join our energetic team and play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse! In this hands-on role, you’ll:
* Review scheduled ship dates with Production Teams, assess progress, prepare daily and weekly delivery plans.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for planned deliveries.
* Liaise and maintain constant contact with branch fleet.
* Prepare Products for shipment, manifests and paperwork.
* Safely load and unload trucks.
* Assist with general materials preparations for dispatch requirements.
* Coordinate Vehicle Maintenance bookings, Vehicle Condition Reports and inspections for all Branch Vehicles.
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team. You’ll have:
* Strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines while working independently or as part of a team
* Customer oriented and Service Quality mindset.
* A willingness to learn, take direction, and continuously develop your skills.
* Punctuality and reliability, with your own transport and a current driver’s licence
* A commitment to safety, quality, and personal development
* Confident communication skills, allowing you to work effectively and ensure tasks are completed safely and accurately.
* Forklift licence (mandatory)
